OUR HISTORY

1971The beginning
Polismar started as a company of manufacturing small and subsidiaries components for other industries. We started our industrial activity back in 1971 with three manually operated injection machines designed and made by us.

1978The first injection machine
The first automatic injection machine was acquired.

1980-89The aluminum frame market
The machine park was increased by the acquisition of 2 new injectors.
Polismar witnessed a progressive growth as a result of the strategy development of our own products for aluminum frames market.

1990-99The change of facilities
In 1990, the move to the current facilities has been accompanied by the strengthening and continuous updating of the productive means.

2000-20The entry into the new millennium
With the entry of the new millennium, we have been making efforts to be side by side with the technological and IT development so we can meet increasingly and more effectively the needs of our customers. Polismar within this field, is proud to have been a pioneer in the certification of ISO 9001: 2000. From this first certification we are prepared to answer to most demanding requirements of the market.
In 2000, the Polismar accepted the challenge of performing in national and international fairs more frequently. Since then, we have become a known and familiar name in plastics industry field, as manufactures of our own products and subcontracting products.
